Job Summary
Provides financial management and business operations support to the AFRL Sensors Directorate, with primary focus on CCaRS administration, budget preparation, cost/schedule analysis, and financial reporting. This role supports program financial management through funds tracking, forecast analysis, and coordination of purchase requests and funding transfers.
Work Location: Wright – Patterson AFB, OH
Clearance: Active SECRET required

Required Skills
Minimum Education
Bachelor's preferred in finance, accounting, business, economics, public administration, data analytics, or related. Associate plus relevant financial operations experience may be accepted.
Minimum Experience
4-8 years supporting DoD/AF business and financial operations, budget preparation, cost/schedule analysis, financial trend analysis, budget execution, financial research, CCaRS administration, funds status reporting, forecast-vs-actual analysis, purchase request tracking, funding transfer coordination, and program financial management.

Required Skills
- Provide financial management and business operations support across the directorate
- Conduct cost, schedule, financial trend, and technical performance analyses
- Perform data research analysis and financial forecasting
- Maintain and administer CCaRS data, build budget records, and support user maintenance
- Reconcile CCaRS with accounting and finance system data
- Identify financial discrepancies and support corrective actions
- Prepare reports and charts on funds status and forecast-vs-actual performance
- Advise on funds availability and budget execution metrics
- Support purchase request processing and funding transfer coordination
- Brief and train Government personnel on CCaRS operations and procedures
